Todays Mission is a mobile app for daily challenges created by the company Le Navire SAS.

These terms govern Todays Mission.

The application is entirely free. We don't charge you in any way for its use.

We don't collect personal data without your consent. Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your data to provide you with the services described below.

Todays Mission ("We") takes your privacy seriously. We commit to processing the personal data about you that we might handle (“Data”) transparently, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and to ensure its confidentiality and security.

  • to link your Tiktok account to your Todays Mission account so you can share your challenges on the platform.
  • To show you the missions of your country.
  • Your consent to the processing of your Data for these purposes can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to: [email protected]. Any request to this effect will however be treated as a request for unsubscription and termination of the contract binding us and will take effect immediately.

• Data that we are required to process automatically due to your navigation on the Site:

  • improve the use and features of the Site;
  • correct errors;
  • identify users committing illegal acts or infringing on our rights.

4. Who do we share your Data with?

We may disclose and share some of your Data with:

• Service providers and processors we use to ensure the smooth operation of the Site, specifically our hosting provider and payment processing provider. In this regard, we use the hosting services of the company Heroku. For sending emails and SMS, we use the services of the company Mailjet.
• These providers may access your Data and/or process it on our behalf. In accordance with applicable legal requirements, we take commercially reasonable measures to require third parties to adequately protect your information and only process it according to our instructions.
• Any third party to whom we have been ordered or obligated to disclose your Data due to a court order or from a government authority.
• Any entity that may intervene for emergency purposes that requires such disclosure.
